Shirley Delores Masters

Shirley Delores Masters, 69, of Kingwood, died Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Pine Ridge with family by her side.

She was born March 25, 1950, in Hazelton, a daughter of the late John and Nellie Casteel Guthrie.

She is survived by her husband, Charles (Chuck) Masters; her daughter, Tammy Silbaugh Hunter of Morgantown;  two step-sons, Charles (Chucky) Masters of Terra Alta and Travis Masters and wife, Stephanie of the Hudson Community; her grandchildren, Nicki Summers Durschlag, Vicki Summers Nieman, Angel Wiles and Jonathan Wotring; two step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Dale Casteel of Erie, PA and Burley Casteel of Bruceton Mills and three sisters, Hazel Fike of Farmington, PA, Lucy Silbaugh of Bruceton Mills and Peggy Huff of Hagerstown, MD.

She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Marvin D. Silbaugh, Jr. and eight siblings, Mildred Dewitt, Alberta Cuppet, Margaret Crothers, Betty Shafer, Johnny J. Guthrie, Donald Guthrie, Clarence Casteel and Wayne Casteel.

The family will have a time of remembrance Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Shady Grove Church from 4 pm to 7 pm.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family at the Parnell Cemetery in Cuzzart.

Browning Funeral Home provided cremation services for the Masters family.
