Oakleigh May Louise Forman, went to be with the angels on Friday, March 26, 2021.

She was the daughter of Aimee Higgs and Skye Forman of Independence.

She is survived by a brother, Kane Forman and her maternal grandmother, Maxine Calhoun.

Oakleigh was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Douglas Higgs.
