Edmund Goins Obituary

Edmund Goins, 81 of Rockingham, NC died Friday, March 13, 2020 in Rockingham.

He was born May 1, 1938, in Marlboro County, South Carolina, a son of the late Frank and Novella Lowery Goins.

Mr. Goins is survived by his son, Edmund Goins, Jr. of Ridgeville, SC; his daughter, Karen Board of Little Elm, TX; his step-daughter, Janice Arbogast and husband, George of Rowlesburg; six grandchildren, Dana Goins, Travis Board, Carl Munn and wife, Amy, Sharon Hardee, Katrina Cunningham and Lennie Nguyen; 15 great-grandchildren and his special friend and caregiver, Sheila Jenks.

He was also preceded by his second wife, Mary Sigley Goins, his step-son, William Cunningham, two brothers and two sisters.

A private family graveside will be held at a later date in the Flag Chapel Cemetery.
